Trisha on Nayyaandi Darbar - Rare Video

You are one awesome woman....

Of course i'm talking about Miss Trisha Krishnan, the most sizzling actress of Kollywood. Watch the film VinnaiThandi Varuvaaya if you don't believe me.

I love this dialogue that Kartick(Simbu) says in the movie. Its true. I couldn't agree more. My friend said that Trisha's voice was done by Chinmayi. And wow, Chinmayi has done an amazing work in this movie. It matches Jesse's character perfectly. Thanks a million, Chinmayi for making my most favorite actress sound smooth and sexy with a bit of confusion on screen. You could see what Chinmayi has to said about herself on her blog.

This is the 3rd Sunday since the film's release and having seen on the movie on all the 3 Sunday's, i cant still believe that i am now asking my friends to come see the film with me this Sunday too.

If you see any TV show or interview or any stage show that Simbu says to promote VTV, you could hear him say "I have watched Minnalae 25 times in my life in theater's alone". I wish I would be able to say that some 25 weeks from now(If I see the movie every Sunday). So as of now 3 down, 22 more to go.

A.R. Rahman's music for this movie is so amazing with very good lyrics. He literally stopped me from buying any new movie's music cd's, cause, even after listening to the album like 100 times, when i open my music player in my laptop, VTV is the only music I ever listen.

My friend Pradeep posted a comment on Facebook after watching this movie with me. I dont remember the exact words, but it goes a lot like this...

"After watching VnnanThandi Varuvaaya, if you come out of the movie theater without a girl's face revolving above your head, you have wasted 20+ year's of your life".

Seriously, you have indeed wasted 20+ years of your life.

The Blind Side 2009 (English)

Every once a while there comes along a movie which makes you look back at your life and feel how selfish we were and how selfish we continue to be.

Well this movie is one of a kind.

Sandra Bullock who starts along with Quinton Aaron and Tim McGraw in this family drama directed by John Lee Hancock is one damm good movie that should not be missed by people who like the genre "family drama" like American Beauty.

Its about how the life African-American homeless student Michael Oher(Quinton Aaron) changes when he meets the Touhy's(Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw) and well-to-do white family who help realize his potential. The Touhy's meets Oher on the street on a cold night and make him stay the night at their couch. Thus begins a relationship so beautifully described that mesmerizes you right to the core. Well a black boy living in a well to do white family is sure to make others comfortable, but he way in which how The Touhy's manage this, that is shown on-screen is beautiful.

The presence of Oher changes the lives of the Touhy's for the better. Meanwhile Oher studies hard and becomes a part of Touhy family, and being a "freakishly large man" tries as an offensive tackle for college (american) football team. The rest is how with the support from his family, Oher becomes an All-American football star.

The sequence where Sandra Bullock tells Quinton Aaron what to do during practice where she tells "This team is your family Michael, protect them" is amazing, so too the scene during the football match when Sandra yells "Yo, deliverance. You see Number74. Well thats my son".

Finally Sandra Bullock performance is superb in this movie. Right in the performance race is Quinton Aaron. Tim McGraw is good. The two kids are amazing.

Overall a very good family story.

Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening by Robert Frost

This is one of the best poems ive ever read.... and the one that i loved the most...

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village, though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

The Charge Of The Light Brigade by Alfred, Lord Tennyson

Half a league half a league,
Half a league onward,
All in the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred:
'Forward, the Light Brigade!
Charge for the guns' he said:
Into the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred.

'Forward, the Light Brigade!'
Was there a man dismay'd ?
Not tho' the soldier knew
Some one had blunder'd:
Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do & die,
Into the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred.

Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon in front of them
Volley'd & thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
Boldly they rode and well,
Into the jaws of Death,
Into the mouth of Hell
Rode the six hundred.

Flash'd all their sabres bare,
Flash'd as they turn'd in air
Sabring the gunners there,
Charging an army while
All the world wonder'd:
Plunged in the battery-smoke
Right thro' the line they broke;
Cossack & Russian
Reel'd from the sabre-stroke,
Shatter'd & sunder'd.
Then they rode back, but not
Not the six hundred.

Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon behind them
Volley'd and thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
While horse & hero fell,
They that had fought so well
Came thro' the jaws of Death,
Back from the mouth of Hell,
All that was left of them,
Left of six hundred.

When can their glory fade?
O the wild charge they made!
All the world wonder'd.
Honour the charge they made!
Honour the Light Brigade,
Noble six hundred!
